Refund policy

At M.C. Collections Co., your satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, or defective items. Items must be in original condition with tags intact.

• Exchanges: Exchanges for size or color issues are available while supplies last.

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items cannot be canceled once ordered. Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items.
